Beautiful place and experience to do with all your friends. Everything was perfect couldn’t ask for more

Lovely stay for the night. Will definitely be back!

We've just spent a great four night family get together at this fabulous Lydney House Hotel. From the moment you walked through the front door, you could see it was well looked after and cared for. It was spotlessly clean, from the well equipped hotel size kitchen to the fresh clean en suite bedrooms. There's a large comfortable lounge/living area for a quiet evening watching TV, and a bar and games room for those more energetic. Even a basement for a fun disco get together. And if that wasn't enough, there are two large hot tubs to relax in after a hard day's playing. We wanted for nothing, everything has been thought of to the last finest detail, with every age group catered for. I can't praise the owners highly enough for the thought and effort that has been put in to making their guests stay comfortable and memorable. We will definitely go again. Rooms: When spending a large family holiday together, it's nice all to have en suite rooms. Noteworthy details: We bought our own food etc and we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. There was an abandundance of tableware, cutlery, pots and pans, everything was thought of

Perfect family getaway! We rented Lydney House in Swaffham to celebrate a 40th birthday and the house was perfect for the multiple couples we had in our group. The facilities were perfect, each room had an ensuite which was a huge bonus, spacious rooms, lovely outside area with hot tubs and added bonus of a cellar and our own bar! We had a couple of questions whilst there and the team were super quick to respond and help with was very reassuring. The only thing I would recommend would be to add some champagne flutes but otherwise the house provided everything and more that you could possibly need. We look forward to booking some of the other properties Norfolk Holiday rentals have, thank you!

Great weekend away with friends, easy to find, ideal location and great facilities. Rooms: All lovely with en-suites, comfy and warm. Nearby activities: Very close to the main town.

We stayed for four nights last week. An great place with a spacious bar (which we had to fill !) a massive lounge dining area and huge TV. The underground cellar is amazing. Load of rooms and a well-equipped huge kitchen for catering.

Convenient for us for one night stopover. Great hosts, very welcoming. Breakfast was OK. I had poached haddock with eggs. Fish not exciting, hubby had full English which was great. Lovely clean comfortable room

Lovely family run b&b. The rooms were clean and the shower was lovely and powerful which a lot of b&b's seem to struggle with. The couple who run it were so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here.

A classic B&B. All rooms very clean with comfortable beds and amazing showers. Everything you need in your room; tea/coffee, hairdryer, TV, free internet. A good breakfast available in homely surroundings. I always feel well looked after when I stay here.

Stayed at this guest house on a business trip. The beautiful Georgian facade is not quite mirrored on the inside, as converted to a hotel in the 1970s. It is however very cosy and David and Sarah the owners are very welcoming and couldn't have been more accommodating. My room was situated to the rear of the property and was clean and lovely and warm with TV, tea and coffee, hair dryer and trouser press. Plenty of plug sockets to charge up phones etc. The bed was very comfortable too. Bathroom was modern and bright with bath and a separate shower. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and freshly cooked. There are the usual selection of juices, cereal,yoghurt and fruit. Would highly recommend.
