Always smiling happy and helpful both in branch and over the phone . The staff are wonderful , Stephanie has just put my .mind completely at rest . Nationwide should not close this branch ever .

It’s a great bank but it closes as 4pm and doesn’t open at weekends. This means there is no way for me to put money in bank as I have school.

The ladies are always polite and very helpful in this branch, especially in view of the difficulties Covid has presented. They deal with my request competently and I am inmpress with the level of security use when needed.

Efficient as always. It is just a pity they will only accept five bags of coins per day. Not too much of a problem in Swaffham but where we live in the north of Scotland we have a 60 mile round trip to visit the closest branch. Then, paying in coinage can be a real pain. As a matter of interest I wonder how Nationwide justify the 5 bag rule when legally you could purchase a house with £1 or £2 coins as there is no legal limit to what you can purchase with these coins?
