Well into my 80s I had a new phone from this shop.never really understood it , So having had a stroke my wife and I sought help. I just wanted you to know your staff were kind, caring and setting up my phone for me. Kind regards

Went in because I was having a few problems with my old phone which was out of contract. Luke was an absolute star, very patient and helpful, he found me a brilliant new Samsung phone that satisfied all the criteria I specified, (not too large, good memory capacity). He set it up for me and everything transferred across perfectly. I've had the new phone for nearly a month now and I am extremely happy with it and the new Vodafone contract which is much more suitable for me. I will certainly use this shop again for any issues I might have with my mobile phone.

Went into swaffham branch today, obtained new contract, new phone, all sorted efficiently. Extremely helpful staff, would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade
