Fantastic service, fridge/freezer broken down in the morning, phoned larger outlets on the hardwick. But to no stock and unable to deliver for two days. Phoned these guys, Luke listed out what was available, gave me time to Google them. I called back a few hours later around lunchtime, he remember all the models and talked them through to me, I paid up and said my wife would call in after work to collect. Instead offered to deliver and by 1-30 delivered and put in place. Also taken all the packaging away. Well done all. 👍

Just ordered a new TV from blaines, much better service than the big stores such a currys. Luke actually new about the TV's he was selling. They were the same price as currys but offered a much better service Ant sorted the finance for me and was delivered to my home on the day it was supposed to got phone calls from the delivery guys to keep me updated on delivery time. All in all a great service Thanks guys

Excellent customer service. Our old Fridge freezer had broken down, we called into the shop Saturday morning, very helpful sales lady who managed to arrange the delivery of a new Fridge freezer the same day. Ordered about 10.30, in our kitchen by 1pm, delivered by two very polite and cheerful young men.

We compared many different companies throughout the Norfolk area and decided to go with Blaines – we believe they offered us the best array of kitchen options and that Blaine’s designs were far superior than those of the other places we had visited (they also have really professional looking showrooms). The final work on our new kitchen was finished last week – it looks fantastic!
