Excellent customer service and Kim was a delight to deal with. We ordered 50 baskets for family friends over the EID holidays and got wonderful feed back on how fresh the fruit was and how nicely it was displayed. Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend.

My husband is quarantined in the hotel for 10 days and in need of cheering up. I ordered the fruit basket from Swaffham company and I can honestly say the service and the quality of the fruits are second to none. From the minute I placed an order online to the minute it was delivered, Kim has kept me informed all the way and making sure the fruit basket is extra special. She has excellent work ethics and she does care about her customers. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a fruit basket for a family member in Norfolk. I'm in Canada. Fantastic customer service - they emailed and coordinated delivery to ensure the person was home as I couldn't due to physical distance. But the BEST was the basket - the variety of fruit was amazing! And there was a card to explain the exotic ones included. I RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

I am absolutely delighted with my weekly fruit and veg basket. Kim and Jane put together a varied selection each week and the quality is superb. I always look forward to seeing what is in the box and have great fun deciding what meals to cook during the coming week. Sometimes they include fruit and veg that I wouldn't routinely buy but it's great to try something new and adds variety to meals. Nothing ever gets wasted. Also, Kim, Jane and everyone else in the shop are super friendly and always greet their customers with a smile. Outstanding business and very, very highly recommended.

Amazing, beautiful produce with outstanding customer service! I wanted to send a gift to the teachers at my son's primary school and I needed it to be nut free which I wasn't able to tell from the product description. I sent a query through their website and I was contacted by Kim who went above and beyond what I'd have expected any company to do and kept me informed every step of the way, even calling me up to discuss it over the phone, contacting the company who made the chocolate for advice directly from then and then even upgraded my delivery at no extra cost to ensure the gift arrived in time and even called to confirm the order has been received. I will not go anywhere else to order fruit baskets and gifts now! So pleased I chose them for this extra special gift. Thank you!

I visit Starlings weekly to pick up my colourful vegetable box and I once won a luxury fruit basket! I'm always welcomed with a cheery greeting and my questions about origin are always answered knowledgably. I received a Luxury Fruit Basket as a present and all I can say is that I am IMPRESSED with the quality of the fruit and the taste!!! This basket was a PERFECT and spot on present to me as I am also on Slimming World hence a this is a present I can actually enjoy GUILT FREE!! I do highly recommend the baskets that also come with dark chocolate and other gifts!!!
