I had my eyes tested yesterday at Seamans. I was very impressed the care and attention shown by the optician and by her professionalism and useful advice.

Really lovely experience. I've only ever been to larger chain stores. But the staff here were super friendly and helpful, Not pushy and made the whole thing very easy.

Excellent service and super lovely staff! So nice to be treated as an individual and not just a number. A much nicer experience than had I gone to a high street chain. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you all.

Excellent service, with incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly staff. My husband had a telephone consultation with Miss Umar (as he is currently shielding) regarding double-visions which he'd had for a week. After assessing him on the telephone she recommended he speak to his GP who sent him straight to QEH Stroke Dept. Thanks to Miss Umar's excellent advice he is now receiving treatment for a stroke he didn't know he'd had.

Absolutely 1st class experience. Had to change initial appointment at very short notice and they couldn't have been kinder. Had my full check up today, including retinal scan. Brilliant staff. Very clear explanations. Saw the optometrist and had the most thorough examination I have ever had in 69 years. Every step was clearly explained with humour and great precision. Sorting out my new prescription with glasses was equally thorough with Dawn discussing the options with a colleague. This place is what a great opticians should be. You are given time and there is absolutely no pressure at any stage. All staff are friendly and kind. Thank you for a positive experience.

Very please with the whole experience at this Opticians. The counter staff were very pleasant and helpful during the fitting. The Optometrist was particularly professional and thorough in her assessment during the testing. The overall experience was both pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommended with no hard sell.

I had a great experience with this Opticians when I requested their assistance to repair my damaged spectacles which I had previously purchased last year. The customer service I experienced was outstanding, professional, helpful and efficient. The spectacles were expertly repaired by Andrea and collected the following day. The icing on the cake was no charge!
