I will never buy from this company again BECAUSE I DON'T NEED TO!! Sometimes spending that extra money is worth it and it really is with this company. I have a high quality mattress and this bed frame has improved it ten fold, on top of being gorgeous and sturdy. I can't recommend enough.

Poor customer service and poor communication. I wish I didn't have to leave a negative review but I am out of ideas on how to make any progress any other way. I hope when the bed finally arrives the quality of the product makes up for it terrible experience. After being assured during ordering the bed it would be delivered in 6 weeks the week before the delivery of the bed I contacted them asking about the day. This was the first time I was told about delays after being assured on week 3 it was still on track. Surly if there was delays this should be communicated to the customer and not left for the customer to chase. After ringing up and asking to speak to a senior member of staff I was assured that I would be given a delivery date the next working day. I AM STILL WAITING. I was advised that the delivery schedule for the next 2 weeks have already been done so I would be looking at early October which makes the delivery time likely to be 10/12 weeks best case scenario. For a expensive product I would expect customer service to be better Edit. When the bed arrived we are very impressed and happy with the quality of the purchase.

Disappointing. This is the second time I have ordered a bed frame (through John Lewis). The first experience was fantastic and although pricey it was a good quality item and the delivery team were great; the reason I went back to them. Maybe there's been a change in the organisation but this time round the communication has been poor to say the least. delivery is now beyond the 6 week window (as promised) and still I have had no clear communication about the expected delivery date. I really don't like to write a negative review but I would accept a delay/issues with production/delivery if only this was communicated honestly and in good time.

Easiest recommendation ever! We bought our bed online and the process, from beginning to end, was fantastic. The team is friendly, efficient and kept us in the loop whilst the bed was being made. On the day on the installation, we were delighted, the Team was so friendly, polite and skilled, the bed went up in no time and now, it looks wonderful, we are so pleased! Marina Gabas

Brilliant customer service : the communication, the flexibility, the time of response. High quality product, very pleased with it, it looks beautiful. The delivery team Gary and Tom was really good also. We asked them to call beforehand to leave enough time to be there and sometimes with other companies they say they will but don't always do. Here not only they did but even called earlier than we asked which was really handy and once here were really nice, asked if we wanted the bed to be put in the bedroom although we didn't asked for the assembly and that's another appreciated side of the service. It doesn't feel rushed. I already told the company how pleased we were but it is important other customers know about it and when I did they said they would arrange a treat for the delivery team and that speaks volume about a company. Thanks to everyone.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality and beauty of the bed and received superb customer service from both Harry & Amanda in the office and Gary the delivery man was extremely helpful. Yet another five star experience from the Wrought Iron & Brass Bed Co. Second bed purchased from them and cannot fault the service. Dealing with Harry at the showroom and on the phone he is someone that cares and gives genuine advice and not the usual sales patter. Everything is checked, double checked to make sure it's right first time. The directly employed (not outsourced) delivery crew are courteous, friendly and most of all extremely tidy taking all rubbish away and making sure you are 100% happy before they leave. A superb independent business.

We love our wrought iron 'Edward' bed.  It looks beautiful and is a great addition to our home and a real feature in our bedroom.  Harry was great through the ordering process, patiently helping us to select the right product and custom size.  Initially we were frustrated by lack of flexibility on delivery dates, but then we discovered that the company uses its own staff and van to deliver and install the bed in our home - Gary did a great job on-site, ensuring we received the best customer experience. So much better than using a third party courier company! Made the wait more than worthwhile.
