The only pharmacy i know that you cannot walk into. Also you have no idea when they are going to deliver. So if you in its good if its not and you need them immediately. You either pick them up or you have to wait for next day. Only open Monday-Friday and they say leading in east anglia i beg to differ. Also Universal wrong name as only in East Anglia. And the bloke who delivers knocks hands and walks away. Great personslity lol. And these reviews are immaterial as they do not Acknowledge or comment on any. I have to say the last 2 months they have improved 10 fold.

Took my daughter to get her first Covid jab yesterday afternoon, all the volunteers were very welcoming and re-assuring. Allowed parent to join her through the process unlike other centres. People administering the Jab were really friendly and made the whole process stress free. Even checked on her before we left. Would highly recommend.

I received my covid booster this morning and the entire team were friendly, welcoming and upbeat. The checking in and waiting process was really well organised and efficient!

This pharmacy and the whole team are amazing i had the pleasure to meet one of the members of the team, when she travelled to deal with a problem with my mother's meds, if all pharmacy's would be like universal then this would help the elderly by far , hats of to the team pleasure to have my mother on your book
